Freshman English/Education Major at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY I am a Freshman so I don't have a GPA yet I went to Aquinas High School an all girls private catholic school in the Bronx, NY I graduated June 5, 2015 with a Regents Diploma and a GPA of 87% In my high school I was on First Honors all four years.
Experience
I have no tutoring experience. However, I did help my younger brother with his homework from the 1st grade to the 3rd grade. I am a Education Major and I specifically want to work with children. I feel that becoming a tutor would help learn how to work with children and improve my teaching ability. I am a baby sitter. I take care of a 2 year old baby boy. Some of my responsibilities include making sure the baby is in a clean and safe environment. I am also required to play with him and read to him. I have also volunteered at my high school's library and at a local deli. So I am experienced in working with people.
